Right at the heart of Portugal lies the Dão wine region, encircled by mountain ranges that protect the vineyards from exposure to the harsh the continental climate and to Atlantic influence.

A dramatic landscape of granite mountains and pine forests that hold Dão’s best-kept terroir secret: the vineyards are planted in pockets between the pine forests.

Musgo is the Portuguese word for moss. In Dão forests, moss only grows in good-quality environments.
Líquen means Lichen in Portuguese. Lichen is a plant that only grows in the purest of environments. It is the result of a mutualism of algae and fungi. We search to create a perfect mutualism between nature and humans.

We work for a positive difference that will last for generations to come.
